A high energy sports class for toddlers and preschoolers!

Mini Fit is an awesome multi sport class where we explore the skills of a different sport each week.

Mini Fit is suitable for little ones aged 2-5 years.

Each week we have warm up songs, practice different sport skills and have cool down song after.

Mini Fit is great for:

  • Developing fine and gross motor skills
  • Learning new skill like; throwing, catching, running, jumping, kicking
  • Encouraging a healthy lifestyle and habits
  • Boosting confidence for children in their abilities
